Prep Information:

Thank you for considering joining the Bayswater North Primary School Community.  We feel that it is a great pleasure to be given the opportunity to care for and teach your child, building on the educational foundation that you and the pre-school teachers have already established.  Formal education is very much a partnership with home and school and we look forward to working with you.

To enrol your child:

• Fill out the Confidential Student Enrolment Form for 2010 (available in link below)
• Provide proof of your child’s age (birth certificate, Health Centre book or other documentation)
• Ensure you have a School Entry Immunisation Certificate from the Council.
